Our highlight for milling of big parts. The travelling column machine FS offers traverse paths thanks to its modular setting from:

X 6.000 mm till 22.000 mm
Y 2.000 mm till 3.500 mm
Z 1.000 mm till 1.500 mm

Additionally the machine can be equipped with more than one travelling columns for simultaneous machining of several parts. Thereby the additional travelling columns are acting as discrete units and can be controlled independently from the first one.

With the combination of dynamic, extreme feed rates as well as enormous stiffness accelerations from up to 1 m/s² (optional 2 m/s²) and rapid traverse speeds from up to 20 m/min (optional 30 m/min) are possible.
